Iranian firms get big welcome at SYRMOTORSHOW

TEHRAN – Iranian automakers and car spare parts companies participating in the 9th Syrian International Motor Show ‘SYRMOTORSHOW 2009’ have been most welcomed by the public and experts.

The two giant Iranian carmakers, Iran Khodro and SAIPA, and seven other spare parts manufacturing companies have attended the expo in Damascus which kicked off on Wednesday and will end today, IRIB reported.
Twenty three companies generally from Japan, Germany, South Korea, Italy, the U.S., Britain, Russia, Turkey, France, Taiwan, and Spain have also taken part in the exhibition to put their products on display including passenger cars, pick-ups and trucks, motorcycles, vans, minibuses, coaches, tractors and bulldozers, auto spare parts, auto accessories and components, petroleum products and lubricants, wheels and tires, and insurance services.
The Syrian International Motor Show is a good opportunity for vendors to show their latest products and services in the automobile industry and to gain new prospects
